TENVEIL / ARC MARKET REVIEW

Start with the asset.
Then the loan.

WETH or cirBTC as collateral. USDC when you need liquidity. We are reviewing both candidates on Arc, with one initial market to be selected only after its funding, pricing and exit paths are checked.

Contracts, reserve flags and observation limits

Contract readings are unavailable until a complete check succeeds.

Liquidity is shared across the Hub. Spoke caps, utilization, user permissions and market conditions can further limit a loan. The collateral factor is not a safety margin or a borrowing recommendation.

Oracle freshness, executable prices, liquidation depth, custody and bridge risks, user eligibility and the full transaction path still require review. These observations do not establish an audit, partnership or TENVEIL lending availability.

01 / COLLATERAL CANDIDATES

Two assets to examine.
One market to earn its place.

The proposed loan asset is USDC. These references are for research, not deposit addresses. Neither candidate is approved for borrowing through TENVEIL.

Code and decimals at one block do not establish audit coverage, market liquidity, eligibility or borrowing availability. Each candidate is checked independently; the blocks may differ. Observations may be reused for up to 10 seconds.

A custodial BTC wrapper with issuance on Arc. Not native Bitcoin and not unrestricted access to redemption.

What this observation establishes

A runtime code hash records the code returned at that block. It does not establish provenance, an audit, or ERC-20 compliance. Observations may be reused for up to 10 seconds; their original timestamp stays unchanged.

01 / REVIEW REQUIRED

Collateral eligibility

Review the WETH bridge or cirBTC custody, Arc contract controls, transfer restrictions and participant eligibility.

02 / REVIEW REQUIRED

Loan capital

Select an Arc lending integration and establish the source and terms of USDC financing.

03 / REVIEW REQUIRED

Pricing & liquidation

Review price freshness, wrapper depeg scenarios and executable liquidation liquidity.

04 / REVIEW REQUIRED

Execution & custody

Verify deployment addresses and test the complete borrow, repay and collateral-release paths.

THE VERIFICATION BOUNDARY

Useful evidence.
Clear limits.

The network check calls the official Arc mainnet RPC and compares its reported chain ID with 5042. A block height confirms that the endpoint returned network data at the observation time. It is not a collateral assessment, a loan quote or evidence of available credit.

WETH depends on a bridge; cirBTC carries custody and issuer risk. A familiar BTC or ETH price does not rule out a wrapper depeg. Oracle freshness, actual USDC liquidity, borrow costs and executable liquidation routes must be reviewed before a TENVEIL market is enabled. Borrowing creates debt and can end in a forced sale. Native BTC and ETH cannot be sent to these references as deposits.

Arc uses USDC for gas. Its native interface uses 18 decimals and its ERC-20 interface uses 6; they share one balance. Our proposed credit denomination is USDC. No deposits, approvals or borrowing transactions are available in this market view. TENVEIL is an independent project, not an official Circle product.
